How long until my order ships?

Because every item is printed to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. U.S. orders over $35 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. International delivery times and duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available.

How do your sizes run?

Our tees and sweatshirts are unisex with a relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a closer fit, we’d suggest sizing down. Each product page lists the specific blank we print on.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email hello@brambleandbound.com with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We’re sorry — that shouldn’t happen. Send a photo to hello@brambleandbound.com within 30 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Returns page for details.

How are your products made?

Every design is original to Bramble & Bound and produced through vetted print-on-demand partners, so each order is made fresh rather than sitting in a warehouse. It’s a lower-waste way to make good things.
