Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how we handle returns for our print-to-order goods.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Email hello@brambleandbound.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Made-to-order items
Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we’re generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size choice, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check your size and shipping details before ordering — our product pages list sizing for every blank we print on.
Wrong size?
If a garment doesn’t fit, reach out — while we can’t accept a standard return on a made-to-order item, we’ll always try to help and may be able to offer a discount on a replacement size.
Order changes & cancellations
Production starts quickly. We can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase — email us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
