These terms govern your use of brambleandbound.com and any purchase you make from Bramble & Bound, operated by Pith Strategies LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

Our goods are printed to order. We do our best to show products and colours accurately, but screens vary and slight differences are normal. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Orders & payment

Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or stock issues with a blank; if we cancel, we’ll refund any amount charged.

Shipping & risk of loss

Production and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled as described on our Returns page.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by Pith Strategies LLC and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pith Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pith Strategies LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
